Event & Setup Information

  • Recommended for up to 25 pax: The standard setup is suitable for events of up to 25 guests.
  • Larger events: For events above 25 pax, please contact us for a customised setup and quotation.
  • Setup time: Our chefs will allocate an additional 30–45 minutes to complete the live station setup before service.

Equipment Use, Collection & Charges

  • Extended use: If the equipment is required for more than 4 hours or beyond the chef service duration, collection can be arranged for the following morning.
  • Cleaning: Equipment kept overnight should be rinsed and cleaned before collection. Otherwise, a $100 cleaning fee will apply.
  • Damaged or missing equipment: Replacement charges will apply at $100 per table and $80 per chafing dish.
