The Smokehouse Collective offers Standard Delivery in 2.5-hour slots at $22 (complimentary for orders above $300). Customers are required to be present to receive the delivery at the start of their selected slot. For added convenience, we also provide a 1-Hour Delivery option with an additional fee of $30.
Delivery Conditions: If someone else accepts delivery on your behalf, they act as your agent.
Inspection and Issues: Inspect your order upon delivery. If there are issues such as spoiled, damaged, incorrect, or missing items, notify us via WhatsApp immediately at our hotline at 88149951.
Inaccessible Locations: For locations with no trolly access, delivery will only be made to places where trolly can reach. To deliver up stairways, an additional fee of $15 per floor or flight will be incurred.
Remote Locations: For certain remote locations such as Sentosa Island or Pulau Ubin, an additional delivery fee of $20 may be charged.
