The recommended serving sizes below are estimated based on whether the platter is enjoyed as the main highlight of the spread or served alongside other food items as a light sharing platter, starter, or appetiser.

Petite – Ideal for 1–2 pax as a main, or light sharing for 3–4 pax
Regular – Ideal for 3–4 pax as a main, or light sharing for 5–8 pax
Large – Ideal for 5–6 pax as a main, or light sharing for 7–10 pax
